Food

Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the event, and a catered lunch will be provided. If you require a vegetarian meal, please indicate this during the registration process.

Privacy

Every effort will be made to ensure your private information remains private and secured. We do ask that you allow us to share your name and email address with our sponsors. Sponsors help keep ticket costs down, and allow us to put together a better conference for you. You may opt-out of sharing your name and email address with sponsors during the registration process.

Friday evening dinner

Have an intimate dinner with many of the indieconf speakers on the Friday before the conference! Get your questions answered one-on-one while enjoying a great meal and company. We are limiting this to 20 tickets, so get yours now. Registration for the Saturday conference is included. Information about restaurant and time will be emailed the week of the conference.

Confirmed speakers at this point include Rod Paddock, John V Petersen, Rebecca Murphey, Jared Richardson, John Hann and Patrick O’Keefe.

Please note – we will make every effort to have all of our speakers in attendance that evening. Owing to travel and scheduling, we can not guarantee the attendance of every speaker at the dinner.

Tax Deductible

For US-based tax payers, expenses for education for maintaining or improving your skills (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) are tax deductible. See IRS publication 970, page 78, or consult your tax advisor for more information.

Refund/cancellation policy

Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to admin@indieconf.com. Refund requests made less than one week prior to the conference date may not be honored. Please allow for up to five business days to process your refund request.

Ticket transfer

In the event you are not able to attend but wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague, please send your ticket information and the name and contact information of the person you wish to take your place to admin@indieconf.com
